Join a global consulting and technology organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across financial services, utilities, government and enterprise sectors. They specialise in business process automation and workflow modernisation, partnering closely with customers to design and implement scalable solutions.

We are seeking experienced Senior Appian Technical Consultants to join a high-performing delivery team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will design and build enterprise-grade Appian applications while contributing to architecture decisions and delivery standards. You will work closely with stakeholders and offshore development teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian applications across complex enterprise environments
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Design integrations with third-party systems and build scalable data models
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold Appian development best practices
• Support agile delivery including sprint ceremonies, UAT coordination and production deployments

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience delivering enterprise applications
• Proven hands-on Appian development experience
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, integrations and data modelling
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
